Visited on two separate trips to the area recently, and was very pleased with the selections and pricing. I have to point out in particular that the whole rotisserie chickens cooked on site, are by far the two best rotisserie chickens I've ever purchased from a supermarket - actually even quite a bit better than the offerings at the specialty chicken restaurant I used to order from in my old neighborhood in Manhattan. I imagine ShopRite brines them, because the breast meat is so tender and juicy, even after being warmed up for leftovers a couple of days later. That aside, great selection of cheeses, deli meats, and baked goods, and a good selection of vegetables and other staples.
Nicest supermarket in the area and I never had a problem. This supermarket sells everything and their fish department is pretty good. They never have an issue with anything out of stock. Like every market you still have to check for expiration dates but this one is pretty good
How is this location rated 3 stars? This is a best case scenario for a super market- it's large with ample parking, never too crowded, and great selection. They have a small selection of organic produce and chicken, but it's there. Go on Wednesday for half price sushi.
What a fancy supermarket. We pulled up and we were all like wow hello! We stopped here before going to our airbnb while vacationing in the area. Seriously I love this area of NY. As for someone who hates going back places this was my 2nd time in this area on a vacation within the year. They had what we wanted and we were all happy.
This supermarket is beautiful inside and I love how their set up is. It's so relaxing being in there and they have so much variety. Not many people enjoy having to go food shopping, but when a supermarket is as nice as this one it makes the trips to them so much better.
